Run your co-op like a real school, without the overhead.
Shared-class scheduling, family accounts, and a lesson record for every child that doubles as a portfolio. Built for co-ops, pods, microschools and hybrid academies: the structure of a school, the warmth of a home.
Every child's classes, records, and progress, in one family view.
A portfolio that builds itself
Every class leaves a teacher-approved note on what each child learned, so the record families dread assembling accumulates on its own, instead of a blank spreadsheet abandoned by October.
Run a real program without joining someone else's
The structure of a school (scheduling, records, family communication) without surrendering to a fixed curriculum or a franchise's brand. Your co-op, your method, your families.
Shared classes, many families
Schedule co-op classes across teachers and rooms; each family sees only their own children, all on one calendar.
Built for the household, not one student
Multiple children across different classes, levels and teachers in one family view: the real shape of a homeschooling family, not a single-student planner stretched to fit.
Questions, answered.
Is this a full school-management system or SIS?
No, and that's on purpose. IGNIFY™ focuses on the lesson record, scheduling and family communication for class-based learning. It's not a grading/transcript SIS or a state-reporting system; it's the part those tools do worst, done well.
How does this help with our ESA or state requirements?
IGNIFY isn't a state-filing tool or an ESA billing portal, but the teacher-approved record it builds is exactly the kind of dated, concrete evidence those processes ask for. When a program wants a portfolio or proof of progress, you're starting from a real history of what each child did, not a blank page.
We already use Homeschool Planet, a spreadsheet, or a group chat. Why switch?
Those each handle one slice: one family's plan, or a payment, or a thread. IGNIFY puts shared scheduling, every family's account, and a per-child progress record in one place, so the co-op runs as one operation instead of five disconnected tools.
Do we have to use your curriculum?
No. Unlike microschool platforms that come with a fixed program, IGNIFY has no curriculum of its own. You teach your way; IGNIFY captures the record of it.
Can it handle families with several children?
Yes. Multiple children across different classes, teachers and levels live in one family view, on one account.
